Dark beer "Secondo Me" russian imperial stout: dark beer with an abundant foam, with a strong flavor, and a moderate bitterness. The roasted malts give the typical hints of chocolate, coffee and licorice that make up the characteristics of this special black beer; composed of seven qualities of malts and three of hops.

Federico II Golden Ale Beer: beer with an intense yellow color, produced with 100% barley malt, with a fresh taste, basically bitter and with a herbaceous aftertaste given by the use of selected hops, compact, creamy and adherent foam. Refermented in the bottle.

Federico II Extra Ipa Beer: copper-colored beer, double malt, produced with 100% barley malt, markedly bitter, with aromatic notes and herbaceous aftertaste given by the use of selected hops and dry hopping, compact, creamy and adherent foam. Refermented in the bottle.a.

BeerBastola Imperial Red Ale with a dark amber color tending to red, produced with 100% barley malt, with an intense, dry, slightly bitter taste and with a caramel and hazelnut aftertaste given by the use of special malts, compact, creamy and adherent foam.

Aged aged pecorino: aged in barrique, it comes from the extensive research that was carried out among the old shepherds of the Valdichiana, masters in the preservation of cheese with poor materials, giving the cheese a unique flavor and aroma. The forms are placed in oak barrels, and kept at room temperature. They are laid in layers together with the material in which the small cracks between the boards of the barrels are matured, allow the air to gently penetrate inside and create a perfect microclimate for the maturation of the cheese. When the forms reach the perfect maturation they are placed in crates presenting the irregular shape but the aroma and intensity of the taste makes each cheese unique in its kind.

Semi-seasoned goat cheese: processed according to an exclusive recipe that makes it sweet and pleasant, with a delicate aroma and flavor, of pure goat's milk with a compact and white paste, rather crumbly to the taste. Its maturation, rigorously seasoned on wooden boards, makes this cheese one of a kind.

Norcia salami: Salami with a delicate taste, produced by our Artigiano dei Salumi with finely minced pork shoulder and belly. The meats, after an initial grinding phase, are mixed with garlic, pepper and salt and then stuffed into natural casings. Once the stewing or dripping phase has been carried out for about 7-10 days, the salamis are transferred to the seasoning rooms, where they remain at a temperature of 15 ° C and relative humidity of 75% for a minimum of 25-30 days. During the curing phase, the suitability of the environment favors maturation, and the salamis acquire the typical characteristics of flavor and texture..

Composed:Composed of an intense and sweet flavor, it has an amber yellow color. It has a gelatinous consistency, medium viscosity; the high acidity, combined with the high sugar content and the low water content inhibit microbial development.
