Lo STORICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a DOP Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto certified oil, obtained from varieties of olives from the sunny land of the family farm, which is located between the medieval villages of Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno. The"Assisi-Spoleto olive belt"becomes part of the World Agricultural Heritage Systems of FAO , the United Nations organization for food and agriculture. The first Italian territory, it was in fact included in the Giahs (Globally important agricultural heritage systems) program.
Use: Excellent for seasoning red meat and roasts, bags and soups.
