Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces pasta only with the wheat that it grows directly in the fields that surround it in the heart of the Marche, obtaining a living product every year, the son of the agricultural year.

  • Strengths : The pasta is produced with durum wheat grown directly by the company. The wheat is harvested in early summer and stored using the cold technique. The pasta is shaped with circular bronze dies and dried at low temperatures. The only ingredients used are semolina and water.
  • Features : Circular bronze dies are used and drying takes place at temperatures below 55 C, taking about 24 hours. TheShort sleeves they are 20 mm long and have a diameter of 19.2 mm.
    The cooking time is 9-11 minutes.

CURIOSITY'
From January 2021, the packs feature a QR-Code printed on the bottom, by scanning which it is possible to know, instantly and without intermediaries, quantitative and temporal data of the 4 main production phases, verifiable thanks to the Blockchain technology. Each package of Mancini pasta shows the vintage of the harvest as a testimony to the mission of the agricultural pasta factory: to produce pasta only with wheat that is grown directly in the fields that surround it, obtaining a living product and child of the annual harvest. The material chosen for the packaging is the result of continuous research with industry experts to ensure the best possible conservation of the pasta combined with maximum recyclability of the packaging. Made only with cellulose obtained from wood from forests managed according to strict environmental, social and economic standards (FSC brand), the envelope can be completely disposed of with paper. The ATICELCA 501 UNI 11743 method certifies the level of recyclability..
