La Rocciata is a typical dessert of central Italy, made with apples, nuts, cocoa and alchermes, which is very reminiscent of strudel.
Typical winter dessert that we make available all year round due to the great demand from our customers.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS: the Rocciata goes perfectly withPassiti or sweet Sagrantino. For lovers of spirits excellent also the combination withGrappas, Amari and Liqueurs.

ORIGIN : Umbria.

INGREDIENTS: 35% apples, wheat flour, sultanas (grapes, cotton vegetable oil), fresh eggs, nuts, dark chocolate (cocoa 47% min) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin ), sugar, dried figs, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, mistrà liqueur (water, alcohol, natural flavors), alchermes liqueur (water, alcohol, sugar, flavoring, colorings E122, E110, E151), almonds, aniseed, cocoa in powder, cinnamon powder, rice flour. It may contain traces of milk, other nuts (hazelnuts and pistachios), sesame.
