Tuscan Eucalyptus honey is compact, with a not too light color, which tends to have amber shades, sometimes almost greyish. On closer inspection it has a very fine grain size and crystallizes in a few months. It has a decisive and strong flavor, a honey of character, with a taste that can be defined almost balsamic. Some describe it by associating it with the flavor of mushrooms, wood and curry, or with that of helichrysum and licorice candies.It has important therapeutic properties, as it is used to treat:sore throat, cough, flu and cold.

STORAGE METHOD:At room temperature, away from sources of heat, light and humidity. Expiry date 18 months after packaging. Once opened, honey can be stored outside the refrigerator at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° and away from light. The high sugar content naturally present in this product prevents bacterial multiplication and the deterioration process.
RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS:Ideal in the classic breakfast on rusks. Sportspeople consume honey.
