The Guanciale di Norcia"Ansuini"is a typical Umbrian product expertly obtained from the whole cheek of the pig, it has typical lean veins with a component of valuable fat that give the product, with the addition of pepper, a characteristic flavor. Excellent for the preparation of carbonara , or enjoyed, very thinly sliced, on bread. It is gluten free.
