La Corallina is a salami historically produced in Umbria through the secrets of pork butchery processing. When cut, the Corallina is united and compact; the flavor of the fat part, closely linked to the lean part, leaves the taste with the accentuated character that distinguishes the Fratelli Ansuini product. A delicious and refined salami, also suitable for the most refined palates. Salame Corallina is produced with selected, finely minced meats, to which cubed lardons, pepper, salt, herbs and white wine are added. It is gluten free.
