Assembled from around fifty different Crus, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the Maison's vineyards.

  • Structure : Its assembly ensures a balance between the constancy of the Perrier-Jouët style and the effects of the climate of the different vintages (up to 20% of reserve wines). Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is built around the elegance and refinement of Chardonnay (20%), coming fromCôte des Blancs. The structure, all in delicacy, is provided by Pinot Noir (40%), the favorite grape of the Montagne de Reims. The duo harmonizes with the fruity and roundness of the Pinot Meunier (40%) of the Marne Valley. The Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut represents the quintessence of a remarkable expertise, acquired since 1846, when the house made the first Champagne Brut.
  • Tasting : The mouth offers a balance between sinuosity, roundness and vivacity, which give the wine charm and elegance, signature of the Maison style. Today, Perrier-Jouet shines in the world and offers a Brut of exemplary consistency and remarkable quality. Citrus fruits, fruit and white flowers make up a refined and lively symphony, with good freshness and flavor.

History Cantina Perrier-Jouet

Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaïde Jouët shared a love of nature and the arts. She was a cultured young woman from a family of Norman merchants; is a masterful winemaker and botanist. A year after their marriage, in 1811 they founded the Maison Perrier-Jouët: born from their desire to create a different Champagne Maison. The founders' passion for art, nature and champagne has been passed down from generation to generation. Their son Charles Perrier, a botanist like his father, took over the Maison in 1848. The family philosophy of creative freedom and unconventional observation of nature is intrinsic to the history of champagne. These values still shape the Maison Perrier-Jouët today. Cuvée Belle époque A unique heritage Art Nouveau, inspired by the graceful and sinuous forms of nature, flourished throughout Europe in the late 19th century. The movement's exuberance and creative freedom paved the way for 20th-century avant-garde art. The ethos of Art Nouveau was to reinvent nature to enchant everyday life again. The affinity of the Maison Perrier-Jouët with the Art Nouveau movement is best expressed by the emblematic anemone motif illustrated for the Maison in 1902 by Emile Gallé. Today, the Maison's lasting bond with art and nature translates into an extravagant universe that reinvents luxury as a meaningful experience with artistic collaborations.
