Rosé Majeur wonderfully embodies the originality and delicacy of the House's wines. Its singularity comes from an assembly composed of 50% Chardonnay. This emblematic grape variety of the Maison confers an incomparable freshness and finesse.
For the assembly and the winemaking , nothing is left to chance. The Pinot Noir come from the best crus of the Reims Mountain and are processed with an emphasis on the fruit rather than on the structure. Rosé Majeur is first of all a story of carefully measured delicacy. The delicate notes are given by the red wine added in small proportion to the assembly. This still wine is made exclusively from Aÿ Pinot Noir, a Grand Cru characterized by the legendary generosity on the fruit. The low dosage, signature of the Maison, emphasizes the beautiful freshness and elegance of a great rosé blend.
