In the vinification process of the Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle PDO, the non-destemmed grapes are pressed. After the controlled fermentation, several pumpovers are carried out. The wine remains for about 9 months in steel in large tanks before being bottled. After about a month it is put on sale.
The scent is evident with notes of aromatic and floral herbs (hawthorn) with hints of white fruits (Williams pears) and a spicy tone of white pepper. The flavor is fresh, intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic.
