- Procedure:The harvest takes place manually in September, followed by soft pressing with short cold maceration of the skins and static decantation of the must. Its primary fermentation takes place in steel containers at 18/19 ° C with selected yeasts. The new wine is kept on the noble lees for a few weeks and after filtration and tartaric stability it is bottled. Stop in the bottle for a few months.
- Characteristics:Color:light straw yellow, glossy. Smell:very pleasant, fruity, with hints of golden apple and fresh bread crust. Taste:fine, elegant, noble and slender in body.
- Pairings:It is the right wine for dishes inspired by"great cuisine", excellent with the most refined seafood dishes and vegetarian appetizers. Due to its natural predisposition it is the ideal companion in meetings between friends.
