The Gewürztraminer releases all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious shades of a bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this grape are reflected in its intense aromatic bouquet, which ranges from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.
Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration on the skins takes place. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.
