Müller Thurgau comes in a soft straw yellow color and impresses with its intriguing aroma, its pleasant notes of aromatic herbs, nutmeg and hints of apricot. The freshness of the wine gives youth and a delicate structure to every sip. Drinkable aperitif and versatile accompaniment to light dishes.
The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.
