Alcoholic fermentation in steel, with 22 days maceration at a temperature of 28-30 ° C. Each variety is vinified separately. Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood for 24 months. 50% barrels 60-100 hl in Slavonian oak and 50% in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. 8 months in bottle.
