
From Piedmont to the hills of Upper Umbria following the Savoy officials. These are the historical traces that testify to the installation of the vine in the Eugubino farms. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for about 10 days, with an aging of 24 months in French oak barriques.
