
Montefalco Rosso is a typically Umbrian wine with great versatility in combinations, able to combine the complexity of an important wine with excellent freshness and drinkability. On the nose it has typical aromas of blackberries, currants and Mediterranean scrub, with spicy and vanilla notes. Vinification takes place exclusively with natural ferments. Wine not subjected to any type of stabilization and filtration. Any presence of sediment is to be considered a guarantee of authenticity.
