Obtained exclusively from grapes of the native Sagrantino vine, this wine perfectly combines aromatic expressiveness, structure and innate elegance. The grapes are left to dry naturally on racks in the air for at least two months before vinification. Maceration is at least 25 days exclusively with natural ferments. Wine not subjected to any type of stabilization and filtration. Any presence of sediment is to be considered a guarantee of authenticity. Aging takes place in barrique for 24 months and in bottle for 6 months..

FEATURES: Intense ruby red color with light violet reflections, with typical aromas of blackberries, currants and Mediterranean scrub, spicy and vanilla notes. On the palate it presents itself as a wine of great structure, with thick and well-smoothed tannins, it has a long and persistent finish typical of the variety.
