Fruit nectar is the result of fruit pressing with consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. The nectar of oranges and organic aloe is the result of the pressing of Sicilian oranges and freshly harvested aloe. The drink obtained is thirst-quenching and slightly bitter in taste.
