Pure pork salami with a delicate taste, produced according to the classic recipe: it is obtained from pork with lard added, all ground with salt, pepper and spices. The parts of fat inside are distributed evenly and finely. Once stuffed it is seasoned for a period that varies between three and four months. It takes its name from its Milanese origin
