Pure pork salami with a delicate taste, produced according to the classic recipe:it is obtained from pork with the addition of lard, all ground with salt, pepper and spices. The parts of fat inside are distributed evenly and finely. Once made into sausages, it is aged for a period that varies between three and four months. It takes its name from its Milanese origin.
