After being harvested, the prized black truffle is carefully cleaned, boiled, cut into slices and stored in its cooking water. This procedure does not alter but preserves the original characteristics of the precious tuber. The water found inside the jar is nothing more than truffle juice, obtained by boiling it.

METHOD OF STORAGE: Room temperature, once opened keep refrigerated and use within a few days.


RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS: It can be used to prepare bruschetta,Pasta, rice, eggs and is also an excellent match for second courses of meat or fish. It is recommended to combine it with butter orExtra virgin olive oil. It is advisable to use the truffle juice for the dressing. Recommended dose: 20 grams per person.
