The Marasco sour cherry wine is produced following the "grandmother" recipe, initially the sour cherries are placed in the jar and left to ferment in the sun with the addition of sugar. After about 50 days the fruits are separated from the juice obtained from the fermentation and the latter is mixed with the red wine and bottled until the Marasco della Sibilla is obtained, a tasting wine that finds emotions lost in time and flavors almost forgotten.
