I forgot my login password. What can I do?

I have a discount coupon, where do I enter it?
Coupons must be entered at checkout in the "Discount Code" field, then click "Apply." This allows you to monitor your spending before confirming payment. Discount coupons are valid for all products except those already on sale and cannot be combined.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna, Scalapay, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You'll find all the options at checkout and can choose your preferred payment method. The "Cash on Delivery" option can only be selected for amounts under €100. If you have a higher purchase, a deposit is required, which can be paid using any of the methods listed above. Do you also ship outside of Italy?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy and Europe, both to EU and non-EU countries. For non-EU or non-European countries, there are restrictions on some exports. Contact us through one of our channels for more specific information regarding a specific country.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs a minimum of €8.90 for all orders under €79. For orders over this amount (net of any discount coupons), shipping is always free within Italy. For international shipments, shipping is always calculated based on the destination country, package size, and weight.
Is it possible to request an invoice?
Yes, just add a note in the appropriate space in the cart. To speed up the process, we recommend including your company name and all the necessary information there. Alternatively, you can call us or write to us using one of our contact details.
I want to search for a specific product, how can I do it?
Click on the search icon marked with a magnifying glass and type the product you want in the appropriate box. A small list of all the products, including photos and prices, will appear as soon as you type the first few letters!
Where can I find all the information I need about a product?
Clicking on a product will open its description page with all the relevant information: some products require a lot of information, and to make your experience as clear and precise as possible, we've added paragraphs to distinguish each feature. Click on the underlined and bold subtitle to view it.
How does the purchasing process work?
It's simple! Once you've added the products to your cart, go to checkout. Enter all your shipping information, choose your preferred payment method from the various options, and any discount coupons in the appropriate space. How do I cancel an order?

When can I order to receive the goods as soon as possible?
Shipments are made Monday through Friday, with delivery expected within 24-48 hours in Italy, depending on the destination. We avoid shipping during the second half of the week during summer or milder periods, especially fresh products (cured meats, cheeses, fresh truffles, etc.) to avoid potential delays in courier warehouses over the weekend.
