I forgot my login password, what can I do?
Just go to the login section (the little man in the top right) and click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. We will send you an email to the address you used to register and you can set a new one: always check your spam (junk mail) if you don't find it in your inbox.

I have a discount coupon, where do I enter it?
Coupons must be entered at checkout in the "Discount Code" space, then clicking on "Apply", so you can monitor your spending before confirming the payment. Discount coupons are valid for all products, except those already on offer and cannot be combined.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna, Scalapay, Bank Transfer and on delivery, you will then find all the options at check-out and you can choose the one you prefer. Regarding the "Cash on delivery" option, it can only be selected for amounts less than €100, if you have a higher expense, an advance payment is required that can be paid with any other method among those previously indicated. Do you also ship outside of Italy?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy and Europe, both in EU and non-EU countries; In the case of non-EU countries or outside Europe there are limitations on some exports, contact us in one of our channels to ask for more specific information regarding a particular country.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping has a minimum cost of €8.90 for all orders under €79. For orders over this amount (net of any discount coupons) shipping is always free for Italy. For shipments abroad, shipping is always calculated based on the destination country, volume and weight of the package.

Is it possible to ask for an invoice?
Yes, you just need to insert a note in the appropriate space in the cart. To speed up the process, we recommend that you also insert the company name and all the necessary data there. Or you can call us or write to us in one of our contacts.

I want to search for a specific product, how can I do it?
Click on the search symbol marked with a magnifying glass and write the product you want in the appropriate space, a small list of all the products will appear already by writing the first letters with relative photos and prices!

Where can I find all the information I need about a product?
By clicking on a product, the description sheet will open with all the relevant information: some products require a lot of information and to make your experience as clear and precise as possible we have added paragraphs to distinguish each feature, so click on the underlined and bold subtitle to view it.

How does the purchasing process work?
It's simple! Once you have added the products to the Cart go to checkout, enter all the data for shipping, choose the preferred payment method among the various options and any discount coupon in the appropriate space; once you have checked that everything is correct click on "Pay now" and it's done! You will receive the purchase confirmation email shortly after.

How do I cancel an order?
Contact us through our channels that you will find at the bottom of the Home Page (Phone, email, whatsApp) and we will cancel the order and issue a refund if the order has not already been shipped.

When can I order to receive the goods as soon as possible?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday with delivery expected in 24/48H in Italy based on the destination, in the second part of the week we avoid shipping in summer or in periods with mild temperatures in particular fresh products (cold cuts, cheeses, fresh truffles, etc ...) to avoid any stops in the couriers' warehouses during the weekend. Are the prices indicated on the site inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
