  • The minimum shipping cost in Italy is €8.90, which increases depending on the weight and volume of the package.
  • If the payment to be made on our site is at least €79, shipping is free; this amount must be calculated after applying any discount coupon/code/gift card.
  • We ship throughout Italy in 24/48 hours, in some cases the times may be extended by a further 24 hours in the case of islands or so-called "disadvantaged" areas.
  • Orders with fresh products are shipped from Monday to Wednesday (especially from April to October) to avoid stops in the courier warehouses during the weekend, while packages containing dry products are processed regularly from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the couriers are not operational (with some exceptions) and deliveries are not made.
  • Courier used: Tnt/FedEx, PosteItaliane/SDA, BRT, DHL. If you want a particular courier, specify it in the order notes in the cart window or indicate it to customer service.

Cose del Posto cannot guarantee compliance with the indicated delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays managed by express courier, consequently it cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages to the delivery, which are attributable exclusively to the activity of the courier in charge of the shipment.

The customer is required to verify - at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier - the integrity and number of packages delivered.
Any discrepancies must be reported on the waybill or on the courier's PDA terminal, specifying the problem encountered (damaged package / tampered package / wet package, etc.), under penalty of nullity of the complaint.
