- How it's made : We prepare it handcrafted , with care and passion, respecting true tradition. We select only the best ingredients, the most genuine, as corn flour and we add lots of whole almonds . This is the secret of its goodness, so crumbly that you won't be able to resist the temptation to break off a few pieces and enjoy it. In fact, its peculiarity is that it is not cut into slices, but is served broken by hand.
- Pairings : Enjoy it with zabaglione for an even more delicious version and an explosion of sweetness. If you prefer it in a softer version, you can moisten it with Grappa or fortified wines such as Port or Passito , for a perfect combination of tastes.
