Bianco Toscana IGT Libaio 100% Chardonnay 2020 “Ruffino” : Bianco Toscana IGT "Libaio" is a wine with an exuberant taste of ripe fruit, including exotic ones: yellow apples, banana. Montefalco Rosso DOC in “Caprai” wooden box 1.5lt : symbolizes the strong bond of the wine with the territory of Montefalco; it is produced with grapes of the 'Sangiovese' variety and, in a small percentage, with 'Sagrantino', the maximum expression of that typicality that has always been supported by Arnaldo Caprai. The refinement takes place in 12 months in French oak barriques, at least 4 months in the bottle. Intense and brilliant ruby ​​red colour, it has an aroma of wild flowers, red fruits and a touch of nutmeg. In the mouth it enters dry, fresh, with just the right amount of softness in contrast to the tannins, ideal with starters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, succulent first courses and roast meats.
