Salame Corallina F.lli Ansuinii” : Salami historically produced in Umbria through the secrets of pork butchery processing. When cut, the Corallina is united and compact; the flavor of the fat part, closely linked to the lean part, leaves the taste with the accentuated character that distinguishes the Fratelli Ansuini product. A delicious and refined salami, also suitable for the most refined palates. Salame Corallina is produced with selected, finely minced meats, to which cubed lardons, pepper, salt, herbs and white wine are added. It is gluten-free.

Il Pianaccio Artisan Raw Milk Pecorinoo” : Classic Umbrian pecorino, produced with great care: the cheeses are treated using the most modern technologies but, at the same time, respecting the old traditions with the use of natural ingredients and with the manual handling of the cheeses.

Rosso IGT Anima Umbra Capraii” : It is characterized by its characteristic and original organoleptic profile at the same time, it is a red wine, still and dry, vinified from Sangiovese grapes in the context of the typologies foreseen by the denomination. It is characterized by the right sugar and alcohol content and by a good fixed acidity, which helps to enhance its aromas and to maintain them over time.
