Montefalco Rosso DOC is a red wine with an intense, full and fragrant bouquet with a hint of small red fruits, delicately spiced, given by the percentage of Sagrantino grapes that make a little big barrel. Full taste, with a harmonious, savory body. The harvest takes place manually with selection of the bunches in the first ten days of October. The vinification takes place with maceration in steel vats at 25 ° C with daily punching down and some pumping over.
