Nero d'Avola DOC Bio is obtained only from organically grown grapes. A wine with an important structure, soft tannins and intense Mediterranean aromas. It has all the character of the sunny Sicilian hills that see its fruits grow, offers a bouquet of genuine personality, full of inviting aromatic notes:spices, violets and dried plums stand out among other suggestions. On the palate it strikes for its important structure and at the same time for a progressive unveiling of soft, sensual and never too rough tannins. At the table it creates harmonious combinations with savory first courses, aged cheeses and meat-based main courses.
