Rosso Piceno DOP"Poggio Novo"with an intense and vinous taste, leaves you with hints of plum with a floral finish in perfect harmony with the aromas of its production area. Pleasantly dry and with a robust body, it acquires softness over time.

  • Procedure:Crushing of rasping, conveying into maceration and fermentation vessels, the wine is continuously mixed with the skins to extract all the color; the pressing and to separate the wine from the skins is soft. Through various decanting and processing, the wine is ready for bottling in the absence of air. Gives best when consumed within a year or two from the date of manufacture.
  • Pairings:Its young and fragrant structure suggests giving it to roast dishes, both traditional and modern cuisine.
