Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a fine red wine that conveys the authentic soul, aromas and flavors of the territory from which it comes. It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of cherry and ripe raspberry, red fruit and sweet almond. On the palate it is dry, but velvety and well balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of cooked, charred and enveloping fruit, to combine with land cuisine and meat-based second courses in particular, it is excellent with baked pork loin.
