  • Features : Brilliant straw yellow color, floral notes of acacia and more marked fruity hints of green apple, apricot, peach, and good fragrant sensations of bread crust. In the mouth, the impact is of a pleasant persistent effervescence, rich in minute bubbles that prolong the fresh pleasantness of the taste.
  • Tips and combinations : Champagne is served fresh, never cold. Too low a temperature prevents you from fully appreciating the aromas and recognizing the finest and most elegant nuances on the palate. The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10 degrees and is obtained by leaving the bottle for about three hours in the lowest compartment of the refrigerator. However, the ideal is to chill the Champagne in the typical bucket, for twenty minutes, in a mixture of ice, water and salt. It goes well with dishes based on fish, shellfish and cheeses.

Champagne Jean-Pierre Marniquet

Jean-Pierre Marniquet must clearly have been born in the Champagne region. When he turned 24, he put his natural boldness and self-confidence to good use and started his own farm. He started selling his Champagne Jean-Pierre Marniquet. He focused on creating exceptional champagnes that fully express the symbiosis between land and vine. Because he likes to travel the world, he has developed a network of partners as passionate as he is and offers people from all over the world the chance to taste his exceptional champagne. Our family history dates back to the 18th century. From the beginning we were winemakers working in the small village of Venteuil. Venteuil is not far from Épernay, on the southern slopes of the Marne valley. At that time, the Coutelas family worked their vineyards, like many other winemakers, and sold their grapes to the great Champagne brands and merchants. Jean-Pierre's ancestors on his father's side worked vineyards near Reims, on the Saint-Thierry massif, where our Maison still cultivates some plots today. Jean-Pierre was born in 1951, in Venteuil, the son of Léon Marniquet and Thérèse Coutelas. The first child of a large family, he had a peaceful childhood in the midst of the family vineyards. Jean-Pierre always knew that his daughters, Cyrielle and Solène, would eventually succeed him and manage the farm. After years of university studies, now each of them has a profession they love, far from the Maison. However, it eventually became obvious that they were also preparing to one day take over the family business that their father had passionately founded and developed for 50 years..
