A sparkling wine that is less sparkling and with a more delicate flavor than the classic type. A wine with a persistent aroma, whose style is played a lot on the search for harmony between complexity and pleasantness, in a perfect symphony with the whole Franciacorta territory.
Brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, characterized by clear scents of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes and nuances of rennet apple, dried figs and peanuts. An olfactory profile of great persuasion that introduces a soft, enveloping taste, never sweet and indeed marked by a trace of fresh sapidity. The finish is long and dense, of great taste pleasure.
