Prosecco DOC Bio Gaggiandre is fruity and floral. The grapes harvested from vineyards conducted under organic viticulture are softly pressed and the must fermented at a controlled temperature. The subsequent fermentation is managed to preserve all the aromatic heritage and restore floral aromas, a pleasantly dry taste ideal for an aperitif and with delicate dishes. An organic wine that preserves the characteristics of the grape, a pure and straightforward expression of the skilful work in the vineyard.
