Probably not only cycling enthusiasts will feel a strong emotion recalling these numbers! It is in fact the legendary hour record broken by Francesco Moser in Mexico City in 1984:51,151 kilometers. Dedicated to that memory, a classic method is born, capable of enhancing the riches of the cellar and the territory that surrounds it. High quality of the grapes, refermentation in the bottle, prolonged contact with the yeasts and relative maturation, territorial adherence and respect for traditions, give this bubble a unique quality.

  • Features : Its color is straw yellow, and has a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume expresses fresh and defined notes of apple, pear and citrus fruits embellished with mineral and herbaceous tones. The taste is decisive and elegant with a nice finish, slightly almondy.
  • Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with the rich appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses typical of the province of Trento.

Moser Trento

The Moser family has its roots in the cultural background of the Cembra Valley. Peasant traditions, hard work, passion for the land, a combination of simplicity and modernity, our wines are the expression of these values. The deep relationship with our origins, the peasant tradition of our family, the contribution of the new generations with strong technical studies in the wine and business field, the evolution of cultivation techniques and the constant technological updating in the winemaking processes are the principles that they guide in our work. The production areas of our grapes are located on the impervious porphyritic slopes of the Cembra Valley, land of origin of the Moser family, and on the limestone and dolomite hills of the Adige Valley between Trento and San Michele all'Adige, ventilated from the Ora del Garda.
