- Method : A 100% Chardonnay from the legendary cru of Maso Pianizza, whose maturation on the lees lasts almost 10 years before being further stopped in the bottle.
- Features : color bright yellow with slight golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. To the nose expresses a bouquet of rare intensity and fragrance in which the fruity is in perfect harmony with the hints of honey, combined with notes of white chocolate, spices and citrus. To thepalate it is elegant and harmonious, with a velvety and composite body: the fragrances of honey, acacia and ripe hay are well combined with floral notes. The impact is noble and of great persistence. It features an amazing kaleidoscope ofperfumes, in which the fruity note is particularly persuasive. The entry in the mouth amazes with the incredible richness of the aromas and the delicacy of the bubble, which caresses and envelops the palate thanks to a perfectly integrated freshness. A material, noble and satisfying wine.
- Pairings : Wonderful throughout the meal, we recommend pairing with a mozzarella in a carriage or with a large fish soup.

History of the Ferrari winery
The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and from his dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes. He is a pioneer: it is he who first perceives the extraordinary vocation of his land, he who first spreads Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few carefully selected bottles, with an obsessive cult for quality. Having no children, Giulio Ferrari looks for a successor to whom he can entrust his dream. Among the many suitors he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli manages to increase production without ever compromising on quality. Bruno Lunelli transmits the passion to his children: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes the leader in Italy and the Italian toast par excellence. In these years some of the labels destined to make history saw the light: they are the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. The third generation of the Lunelli family keeps the Ferrari dream alive. Marcello, Matteo, Camilla and Alessandro lead the company together with an extraordinary team with the aim of innovating in the wake of tradition, bringing Ferrari to the world as an ambassador of the Italian Art of Living.
