The Catarratto DOC releases fruity and floral sensations with notes of Mediterranean scrub, white pulp fruit, peach, almonds and orange blossom. On the palate it shows great elegance and an excellent balance between freshness and softness. it is a white from an indigenous variety that comes to light from the white earth hills of the Belice Valley, consisting mainly of limestone and chalk. The fermentation takes place traditional in white. The wine ages for 3 months in steel and for at least 4 months in the bottle. Excellent with fried shellfish and fish first courses. Stock up on oysters or grilled prawns.
