The Cuvée Rosé sparkling wine, with a fragrant, soft and harmonious taste, has a fine, persistent and balanced bouquet on the nose, has floral notes and hints of red fruits. The vinification takes place with primary fermentation at a controlled temperature on selected yeasts. Short maceration of 24-36 hours at 15 °, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts. Second fermentation at low temperature in autoclaves. Refinement for about one month. It goes well with aperitifs, first and second courses based on fish and shellfish, white meats.
