The white Torre di Giano comes from a blend of Vermentino, Trebbiano and Grechetto with vines grown on clayey soils. A fresh and light wine, which is produced after careful selection of the bunches in the vineyard followed by de-stemming and using only the free-run must for fermentation. The cryomaceration in steel allows to cold extract the freshest aromas of the grapes, and is followed by aging in the same containers. After a very short time in the glass, the liquid is put on the market.
- Tasting : Torre di Giano wine falls into the glass with a pale straw yellow color, edged with greenish reflections. The nose is immediately extremely perky and fruity, and peels citrus notes, including lime as well as fresh white pulp fruit. Secondly, white flowers and a refreshing balsamic vein emerge. Slender and juicy sip, it has the ability to flow on the palate and immediately entice you to a new sip, thanks to a light structure enlivened by freshness and flavor. Beautiful everyday wine, suitable for aperitifs or for delicate fish-based dishes such as carpaccio or lightly seasoned white fish.
- Pairings : Particularly suitable for dry soups and in broth, risottos, especially if based on truffles, vegetable flans, white meats in general.
