An amber yellow that enchants, a scent of dried fruit and chestnut honey that captivates, a soft and velvety slightly tannic flavor in which to get lost:it is Ramandolo. This DOCG wine is obtained from Verduzzo Friulano grapes grown on the hills of Ramandolo. The bunches, harvested by hand late (at the end of October), are subjected to skilful raisining. It is aged in oak barrels for over 12 months.
Very intense, broad and complex bouquet, with suggestive notes of dried fruit and clear hints of chestnut honey. The flavor is full, decisive, with the right balance between acidity, residual sugars and tannins. Extremely persistent.
