The Riesling Renano vineyard was one of the first to be replanted in Maso Warth in 1990 when Francesco moved the company headquarters there. The hill of Trento with its dolomite soils guarantees flavor and elegance to this wine.
- Procedure:The grapes harvested at Maso Warth are immediately pressed and the musts, after the usual clarification by decanting, begin fermentation in steel. Once the wine has completely undergone alcoholic fermentation, it is transferred to large oak barrels to refine for about 8 months. Then it ages in the bottle for at least one year.
- Characteristics:Riesling is the refinement white par excellence. This wine requires a few years of aging in the bottle to best express its characteristics. The notes reminiscent of exotic fruit with the passage of time give way to the petrolatum ones, distinctive of this grape variety. In the mouth the great freshness ends with a long and salty finish.
- Pairings: A whole meal wine, excellent to combine with seafood dishes.
