Prosecco Col de' Salici is always at its maximum potential in terms of effervescence, freshness and aromas. Glera grapes are selected only in the best production areas in the DOC and DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The production is only vintage.

  • Characteristics : Straw yellow in colour, with some greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose it is aromatic, with the classic aromas of apple, wisteria and acacia flower. On the palate it is fresh, smooth and well balanced.
  • Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish, especially shellfish

The Col de' Salici winery produces high quality Prosecco Superiore, its wines are the result of a careful selection of the best parcels in the Valdobbiadene area, in order to guarantee excellent quality raw materials. Favored by its position, the vineyards of the Col de' Salici company are located on the steep slopes of the hilly areas close to the Prealps, on calcareous-clayey soils very suitable for the needs of white grapes. The cool climate with notable temperature variations guarantees excellent ripening of the grapes, which arrive at harvest with intense aromas and intact freshness, essential for making excellent quality sparkling wine bases.
