Piper Heidsieck's Champagne Brut "Sleeve" is an elegant expression of Champagne that offers an intense and complex tasting experience.
Characteristics : Appearance : it has a golden yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by a fine and persistent foam. Perfume : the aromatic bouquet is intense and complex, with notes of fresh fruit, citrus fruits, honey, vanilla and spices. Taste : full and round on the palate, with good acidity that balances the sweetness. Notes of apple, pear, peach, citrus and spices are perceived, which blend with a light hint of yeast. Perlage : its effervescence is very fine and delicate, but at the same time lively and persistent.
Pairings : thanks to its complexity and intensity, this Champagne lends itself perfectly to accompanying fish dishes, seafood, sushi, tartare, and hard cheeses.

For several years we have been producing reserve wines used in the production of our vintages. A portion of the harvested grapes that show great final note potential are stored for 2 to 3 years. These wines play an important role in the vintage blending process, representing more than half of their composition. More structured, they add a certain roundness and help support the Heidsieck & Co Monopole style. The house warehouse serves as a guideline for the cellar manager. This is why, at Heidsieck & Co Monopole, sourcing high-quality grape strains has always been the foundation on which its vintages are based. Very fine wines, its bruts are produced mainly from dark grape varieties, which give a beautiful structure and a wonderfully powerful aroma.
