Rosè Grand Vintage is a Champagne Brut, one of the best known and most prestigious labels of the Moet Chandon line. It is produced only in the Millesimato version, when the chef de cave,, Benoit Gouez , selects with great experience the cuvée of a famous vintage and decides to make it sparkling. It comes from a selection of the three typical vines of the area: Pinot Noir in a higher percentage, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A 20% of the Pinot Noir comesvinified in red and added later to give it that charming bright salmon pink color. L'refinement it is very long and lasts almost 7 years, giving it a perfect expressive maturity and an aromatic set of great value. The light sugar dosage of 5 g / l allows it to maintain the freshness necessary to control a soft and velvety structure. The result is a unique and authentic Champagne, of great value, which like every Grand Vintage leaves its mark and tells in every sip the work and passion of an illustrious maison, which since 1869 has distinguished itself all over the world for its famous bubbles.e.
