HOW TO BEST USE CACIOCAVALLO

For lovers of culinary emotions, this package is ideal for enjoying a unique experience of its kind. The lucky ones who have the opportunity to use a brazier can fully experience the emotion ofCaciocavallo Hanged, a tradition that fascinates for its preparation and intoxicates for its flavor. Burning embers, shining blades, swaying and weeping cheeses make the hanged caciocavallo one of the most evocative Italian street foods of the whole peninsula. But having the fire and a tripod at your disposal you can replicate this operation fully enjoying every moment: connected to a chain to be hooked to the tripod, the cheese must be placed about 10 centimeters from the fire and must never touch the grill. When the crust begins to melt, it can be removed and tasted. The soft part of the caciocavallo will thus be free to flow better. Using a small spoon or the back of the knife blade you can slice it as it is consumed, lowering the cheese more and more towards the fire. Caciocavallo Silano can also be grilled on the plate and combined with strong flavors to contrast its sweetness to make this experience unique.
