An elegant and vigorous wine, with a good, long and aromatic persistence. To achieve this result, the grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported in small plastic crates. The whole grapes were pressed at very low working pressures to avoid the extraction of color from the skin and at the same time allow the passage of the best aromatic charge to the must

Badiola estate

The Acquagiusta vineyards cover thirty hectares, divided into two vineyards: we have chosen to position our vineyards by studying the exposure of the plants to the elements, in order to recreate the ideal conditions of water, earth, sun and wind and to exploit the strong character of the land. This makes our wines pure and sincere, and to obtain this result we work with maximum respect for natural processes, intervening as little as necessary. Thus, the grapes are enhanced while maintaining the characteristics of the territory intact to create an authentic product. The work is made of tradition and experimentation. While keeping its foundations in the Tuscan winemaking tradition, the style is constantly evolving, because only by making the most of the fruits of the earth can it be produced a wine that embodies its spirit and character.
