The Moscato Giallo grapes, present since the first half of the last century on the hills of Trento, are cultivated in a pergola on the limestone soils of Maso Warth. This aromatic grape, with an intense yellow color, invades the rows with its aromas towards the end of September and will be harvested only a few days later to preserve the aroma and its freshness.
The hand-picked grapes are pressed whole and fermentation in steel takes place with strict temperature control. Keeping the wine on the fermentation yeasts at low temperatures allows to preserve its aroma making it, at the same time, complex.
The yellow Muscat has an intense aromatic profile with fruity, floral and aromatic herb notes. On the palate the hardness prevails but they are well balanced by the long and persistent finish, guaranteed by the calcareous soils of Maso Warth.
