Fruit nectar is the result of fruit pressing with consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. The apricot nectar is among the most appreciated for its particular sweet and slightly sour taste.
