Fruit nectar is the result of fruit pressing with consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. The blackberry nectar is among the most appreciated for its particular sweet taste.
