Fruit nectar is the result of squeezing fruit with consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched in order to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. Grape nectar has a sweet, slightly acidic and thirst-quenching taste.
